I have never liked planes due to the gross sense of motion sickness and constant feeling of nausea. Now to add on top, I have the worst runny nose in the world and I can't stop sneezing! I hope that by the time we board I will be feeling better, so I can deal with trying to sleep for the whole time.
Our flight leaves around 9pm and is six-and-a-half hours long. Due to the time difference, we will arrive in Glasgow at 9am Thursday and be starting our day. Sleeping on the plane is all the sleep I'll have until Thursday night! I have my travel pillow, fleece blanket and gravol all ready to go to hopefully knock me out and that way I can get some quality shut-eye.
Tomorrow morning, we will be in Glasgow! I am so excited, and yet still can't comprehend this trip is real. Things I am most looking forward to include 1) Scottish accents 2) fish and chips and 3) beautiful scenery. Not to mention castles! I will try to be blogging as much as I can, but it all depends on wifi and time. Almost every hour of our trip involves some sort of plan so to find the time might be a challenge.
Until the next time, bon voyage! I'll miss my family, my friends, and a special shout out to my roomies! I'll be back in Waterloo before you know it!
Countdown: Less then 24 hours (:
I'm hoping you all have an amazing time, this will surely be a memorable trip! Cheers Michelle
